Nearly two decades building brands and driving growth inside organizations where complexity is the norm and execution is everything. From graphic designer to VP of Marketing — the through-line has always been the same: make the strategy real.
Years leading marketing at enterprise scale
Years at the nation's largest physician-owned acute care organization
Clinicians supported across the organization I market for
Attendees at the national leadership conference I directed
I'm a marketing executive who learned early that a great idea is only worth what you can do with it.
Most of my career has been inside high-growth, operationally complex organizations — the kind where marketing doesn't just support the business, it has to help define it. Multi-entity brand consolidations. Physician recruitment at national scale. Business development for major health system partnerships. Often all at once.
Before healthcare, I ran marketing for a franchise network — which taught me that growth at scale requires systems, not just inspiration. That instinct has shaped how I've led ever since: build the infrastructure, then drive the results.
Three things,
done at scale.
Cohesive brand systems across complex, multi-entity organizations — positioning, messaging, visual identity, and consolidation after M&A.
Omni-channel campaigns built for performance — physician recruitment, talent acquisition, B2B pipeline. Measurement-first, built to replicate.
Leading marketing organizations, aligning clinical and operational stakeholders, and turning complex strategy into coordinated execution.
The arc so far.
Lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy and execution for the nation's largest physician-owned acute care organization. Oversee brand strategy, digital presence, and public relations across all business units — including marketing technology transformation, multi-million dollar budget oversight, and executive stakeholder relationships up to the CEO.
Led integrated marketing supporting business development and national clinician recruitment. Directed brand through multiple M&A integrations, built data-driven campaign infrastructure, and directed a national leadership conference with 2,600+ attendees.
Directed enterprise-wide creative strategy across digital, print, and experiential channels. Managed multi-million dollar creative budget, agency relationships, and partnered directly with executive leadership on brand initiatives.
Joined as a Marketing Coordinator and grew into a Manager role as the organization scaled from regional operator to national enterprise. 14 years total at USACS — promoted at every meaningful stage of growth into the largest physician-owned acute care organization in the country.
Led marketing across franchise weight loss brands — driving a 15% increase in franchise interest and contributing to 10–15% year-over-year revenue growth. The franchise model taught a lasting lesson: build for replication, not just one-time impact.
Produced visual design and production-ready materials for advertising clients across multiple industries. Where the creative foundation was built — and the instinct for making things look intentional was developed.

In roughly that order, depending on the weekend. Family life in Canton with four dogs who have strong opinions about the schedule.
Cold smoking, dehydrating, recipe experimentation. Starts with one piece of equipment, ends with a dedicated outdoor setup.
Guarantees humility at regular intervals, still earns the Saturday morning. Still improving. Occasionally furious about it.
Top Gear. The Grand Tour. Anything built or driven with genuine care. Strong opinions. Will discuss at length.
Comedy, drama, food. Shows where someone clearly cared about making them right. That matters.
Building something that needs a leader who's been there at scale?
